Residential Pricing

We calculate the costs based on the floor plan's type, complexity, and total area. This includes heated areas, garages, balconies, porches, and screened areas.

On-site measurement typically takes about 60 minutes, though larger or intricate spaces might require more time.

Homes with special features like angled/rounded walls, multiple wall thickness, or complex staircases may have an additional charge.

Rates starting at $0.10 per square foot, minimum of $250

Area Measurement

A detailed sketch with the heated areas, garage, porch or balcony, and the total of square footage of the property.
